Fourteen-day refund
If Spendora is not right for you, email support@spendora.pro within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. No forms and no questions.
How refunds are issued
Card payments are refunded to the original card through Stripe and typically appear within five to ten business days. Bank transfers are returned to the originating account.
After a refund
Access to the dashboard ends when the refund is issued. You may export your data to CSV before requesting the refund.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds where we detect abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across accounts.
