What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, country, preferred language and currency) and the financial records you enter yourself. Spendora does not connect to your bank and never receives your banking credentials.
How we use it
To run your account, process your one-time payment, send transactional email, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Spendora stores a payment record and the last four digits of the card where Stripe provides it, but never the full card number.
Data retention
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account yourself at any time - from Settings, Security on the website, from More, Security in the app, or by following the steps at spendora.pro/account/delete. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, debts, receipts and profile are removed at once. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, with no link to your account.
Your rights
You can access, export and correct your data from your account settings, and delete it entirely by closing your account. If you cannot sign in, write to support@spendora.pro from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you.
